Mocha Shakeology

This is my favorite Shakeology recipe to date!  I drink my Shakeology every morning for breakfast, and I love the way it makes me feel all day.  I have tons of energy and it keeps me from craving sweets (I am a sweet-aholic).  Here is my favorite du jour.



Mocha Shakeology

1 cup cold coffee
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 banana
1 cup ice

You can also throw a teaspoon of peanut butter in there if you are a peanut butter lover like I am!  If it is too thick for you, you can also add a little water.

Blend together and enjoy!!
